Come to the 2020 Annual Meeting on Monday April 6th

Phillips County Telephone Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting is right around the corner. Mark your calendars for Monday, April 6, 2020. A catered meal will be served in the old high school gymnasium at 5:30 pm, followed by our Annual Meeting at 6:30 pm in the high school auditorium. During the Annual Meeting, children can enjoy watching a movie with a snack and juice. While the public is welcome to come and enjoy the meal, only members of Phillips County Telephone Company may register to vote on Cooperative matters at the business meeting. Phillips County Telephone Company’s membership will elect one at-large position. Deb Williamson (incumbent) is up for reelection. Phillips County Telephone Company’s Board of Directors appointed a Nominating Committee, and this committee nominated Michelle Van Overbeke to run against Deb Williamson at this year’s Annual Meeting.
